has anyone used an orbit mtr as a pump? I have a few char Lynn motors that I would like to use a pump.In Principle it should work,but as the inlet pressure is ATM,I wonder.

Yes but watch your inlet conditions very carefully. With atmospheric inlet you might be able to run this as a pump at half of its rated RPM.

Epicyclic gear motors are also called orbit motors, gear ring motors or gerotor motors. Unlike gear motors, the orbit motor has very low oil leakage. The motor can produce large torques at very slow speeds (approximately 5 rpm).
