Ok so I replaced the gas line and fuel bowl and then

The starter goes out. So I take it apart, knock all the rust out and bingo, it works, well for about 2 days. So I order and replace the starter, and she fires up like a dream. I fiddle with the linkage and the carb and low idle is about 450 and high (throttle all the way on to the where it stops, I do still have a quarter of the plate left) is around 2150, the book says 2200 I figure 2150 is ok. At the 450 it's a rough idle but it holds, driving the thing around there seams to be a slight miss even at all out, I'm thinking I probably need to replace the plugs as I've been messing with this thing forever and maybe have them fouled??

Maybee fouled? Probably took longer to type than pull and clean and regap.

Let us know what you find, may give you some clues as to flutter.
