I was a licensed pesticide applicator for agricultural applications a little while back. Structure applications are a whole different ball of wax. With the infestation in this building I suggest you get a professional to come in to evaluate and treat the building. Also get an evaluation as to the safety of the structure. If they've eaten some of the load bearing columns and beams you'll need more than just a pesticide treatment.

BTW, I don't know if the insecticides mentioned here (FUSE, etc) are in the category of organophosphate, but insecticides that are based on an Organophosphate are very serious stuff. They were discovered when research was being done on nerve gas during the war and are very effective which is why they typically require a license to purchase and apply. It is also VERY important to follow label directions so you get the right application strength. Both to much and to little become a problem later on.

You have a serious infestation and treatment for such is more than an exterior perimeter application. Probably an interior and interior application of two products. Don稚 screw around, get a professional in there, then do your own applications after that.

i called terminix, the sales guy screwed up, i got him talking, he literally told me the chemicals and exactly what they would do for 1500 bucks, i did it for less then 400 and the bora care was not part of it.

these guys aren't doing anything magical
