Where is a good place on the BX25 engine to tap into for engine oil pressure ?

and or do you wish to change it to a

I have the light to warn of low oil pressure and I just removed the sender and installed a T, reinstalled the sender and attached a line to my new gauge. That way the light still works.

leonz, the BX only has a low oil pressure light. maybe he is asking if he can "T" in or use the same port for a pressure gauge instead ? any thoughts guys ?

Yes that would work for sure.

This is the proper way to do it...unless eliminating idiot light...then just exchange senders, with adapter(s) if necessary.

Not a fan of mechanical gauges...too great a chance for leaks.
