What is torque setting for the oil plug for a JD 3720. Thanks in advance.

My 3520 manual says "Install drain plug. Do not overtighten." Snug is probably best.

I don't know which "oil plug" the OP was referring to but according to the 3720 operator's manual there are two engine oil drain plugs. Interestingly, the parts illustration shows two different engines used in the 3720 and on both they only show one drain plug on the oil pan.

There are THREE oil drain plugs on the front axle. There is ONE drain plug for the transmission.
