So while doing some inspections today I noticed my fuel line from the tank was rubbing on the frame and had already removed quite a bit of rubber. I fabricated a metal shield out of air duct sheet metal and zipped tied it on. Think it should work. Poor design by Kioti.

Nice "repair". Agree that is either bad design or someone put yours together improperly. Surprised the Eric or other high hour NX owners haven't noticed the same thing.

heater hose works well for those situations. It looks like an assembly issue rather than a design issue. One thing to do on any new machine is to look carefully for those exact things. Minor. Looks like you caught it in time.

If it is the line that runs across the top of the transmission, I already rerouted it when I was installing my third function at the seven hour mark back in July of 2014.
