Nut Plates

I ran across an accessory light(JD) and decided to mount it on my right rear fender to have lights on both sides. There appear to be numerous nuts welded to the inside of the fender in various places.

I have a 6000. Does anyone know what all these are for?

I like the JD fixture more than the Mahindra unit. I just like light lots of it.

if it is the nuts and bolts i am thinking about, they may be for cab mounting? but not 100% sure?
