I think k0ua is a special case because I believe he mostly does loader work.
I guess you can fit me in that group also. That is the main reason I have my tractor. CJ

I haven't actually drove the tractor, and would probably have to wait until saturday.. Yes I mostly do loader work, and a little mowing in summer and fall. The loader capacity is calling to me,, the payment is not thrilling me a lot, and the wife is not thrilled at all..

Are you dealing with S&H? I think they have a dealership in Springfield. I know they are pushing the Kioti. They have a bunch of them lined up at the dealership here in Joplin. Shouldn't have came to this thread as I am getting that burning feeling in my gut as well. Glad I'm only looking at little tractors. I'm still stuck on that red stuff. My little Massey still runs great but I really like that MF1526. Just not a lot of them here yet. I spotted one but it is 150 miles from here. Good luck on your deal. You getting much rain there? We have had four inches so far and it's still coming down.

I had a nice chat with the Cheif Financial Officer and she asked me to justify why we NEED to go deeper in debt, and I could not do it. She also pointed out we could just leave some of the larger rocks in the woods that cannot be handled with the present tractor and just build with the ones we can. Man it is hard to argue with logic. Then there is the new shelter that would be needed and on and on. I guess I am going to tell them that I am going to pass on the new tractor. I am a little sad I am not going to get the new tractor, but I can't really justify it even in my own mind, it is more of a want not a need. I sure is a darn nice tractor though. One thought is I could put some money in the present tractor to add some hydraulics maybe for a grapple later. Sorry guys, but it was just a "bridge too far"

If the price is close you might try another dealer. I hear the dealer in Vinita, OK is very fair on price and easy to deal with, plus I think they have been with Kioti longer than anyone in the fourstate area. It's worth a try....it might be enough to sway the financial advisor. Besides if the local dealer is close on price, you know your getting a square deal.
...So that is why I did not "join the pack" though I wanted to.![]()
