L110 john deere tractor
changed a flat rear tire and now the tractor will not engage in forward or reverse on ground level. when jacked up the tire spines. I am confused and at my wit ends wondering how to fix this.Grass getting to long..Please help.

Sounds like you pulled out the free wheeling lever when you changed the tire ---- push it back in ---- or at least check it. It's that thing that looks like a wire sticking out of the rear frame.

If it isn't the free wheeling lever, then as mentioned in another post, probably the key that slides in the slot in the axle dropped out, and wasn't noticed when putting the wheel back on the axle. It is about 2" long and 1/4" square, or close to that.
