Well, after reading here about the Tiny Tach, I ordered the commercial model for my Lincoln Welder/Generator. I installed it per the manufacturers instructions, The engine is electric start, so the one I got needs power to it.
I installed it, started the engine, it came on for about 2 seconds and went blank. No amount of checking the wires or anything helps.
I think it's going back to the manufacturer. I hope they are reputable. It cost me $70.00
