Noise in FEL

Mahindra 4500 makes a noise when tilting the forks up and seems to be weaker than it should. Raising the loader is not an issue only when tilting (such as a round bale). I have not noticed any oil that has leaked. Awaiting your expert opinions.

What type of noise? Your pins are well greased and excepting grease?

Do a pressure test, could be alot of diffrent things from oil level,condition to a weak relief, pump to grease. CJ

When the tilt up lever is held, the cyl is at the end of travel and the FEL valve will go into relief.

If trying to lift a heavy load the relief might sound off.
