Tractor
Kubota L3000
I have a Kubota L3000. The tractor is running fine and has RPM's but has no power to go up a hill or lift the bucket. The clutch feels soft. Sometimes when I release the clutch it feels it it is delayed in releasing and takes a couple of seconds to start moving normally. I just cleaned the transmission screen and changed the fluid but I had these symptoms before i changed it. The symptoms do however seem to be worse now.

How many hours on the tractor? Have you tried adjusting the clutch?

Lack of power can be caused by restricted fuel delivery to the injector pump. There can be enough fuel flow to start and idle and even increase rpm with no load but as soon as you put a load on the engine , the rpm rolls back. So check the fuel filter first. A restricted air filter can alos restrict power so check that to.
