No power in hydraulic

I have a 1965 Ford 5000 and do not have much power in lifting my round bale. Got a 727 loader fluid has been changed and level is good , read that possible plugged filter but can't seem to find one any body know where it might be manual is not helpful

On our 1966 5000 an O-ring failed between the transmission housing and cover where the direction valves are mounted. This severly limited the flow and pressure available. The only filter on ours was an inlet screen on the pump that you accessed through an inspection / service hole on the right side of the transmission housing. Ours was a Select-O-Speed tranny so not 100% sure if the manual trannys were the same.

Guess I got them confused because we called it the Jerk-0-Matic cause it did
