No hydraulics

I have a Ford AP313A tractor that has been painted yellow and has a Bradco blade on front and a Bradco trencher on the rear. I was using it one day and all of a sudden the blade and trencher won't go up and down. The tractor steering still works. Did the hydraulic pump go bad on me? Are parts for these tractors easy to get? Thanks.

How long since hyd filter was changed? Did you check hyd oil level?

I had similar prob on smaller ford (fix or repair daily) I started with disconecting a line on the pressure side to see if pump is pumping. Also mine was an intermittant problem but I found the hydro pump was quite HOT to the touch when it was failing..

Does the machine have an auxillary pump mounted to the front of the crankshaft? If so check the pump to crank adapter coupling to make sure the splines are good and the pump is actually spinning.
