no clutch

hi all,got a 1255xl but due to sitting up i now not got ant clutch, topped up reservoir but need help here please

Many times when a tractor (or any manual shift vehicle) sits for a long time the clutch disc gets stuck to the flywheel. I have found that 99% of the time if I can get it started in gear and drive it around the yard while varying the throttle up and down the disc will free up.

And keep the clutch pedal down while driving it..

no luck guys, how do you bleed these 1255xl tractors

I am not familiar with your machine but I have bled car hydraulic clutch. Follow the tube from the clutch master cylinder to the slave cylinder (it will push on the arm that presses on the center of the pressure plate) and look for a bleed fitting. It may be inside the bell housing but there should be an access panel that can be removed so that it can be serviced.

I think its a fluid or turbo clutch in these, different to 956 or 1056
