NH Inverter

Good friend of mine who was also a trucking owner operator has a big farm an hour away from me. I went to help him do hay today. He did the baling and I ran the JD6430 Premium and a new Holland inverter.
That inverter is pretty slick!

So it looks like their mower lays the hay in a narrow swath and the inverter flips it over for drying. That looks like alfalfa hay. I guess the rationale of doing it that way is to avoid knocking the leaves off? I do a grass alfalfa mix and lay the swath wide to speed the drawing and then rake. I will Ted if I need to as well.

Yes, we were getting rain all week. So he cuts with a John Deere MoCo and once he got a couple dry days, while everyone else has to rake and ted, we just make one pass. It takes the windrow and flips it completely over so it dries super fast.
