NH Clutch shudder

Hi, have a NH TL90A, new clutch installed 18 months ago (120 hrs). It shudders during engagement especially at low throttle and under a bit of load, like loader work. Also engages like a button clutch, almost impossible to hook up equipment etc. Does not seem to slip at all. Thoughts?

If it has been like that since it was installed either the pressure plate fingers aren't adjusted evenly or the pressure plates aren't true.

Noticed it for the first time about 6 months ago, so after about a year since installed. Mechanic that installed came out to look and we couldn't get it to "shudder." Since then it has been slowly getting worse, does it all the time when it engages now, also seems worse when it is cold.
