I have a 2000 NH 555E 4x4. The right brake pedal has always been hard to push since I bought the machine, so I generally just use the left pedal. Occasionally I will forget and push the right pedal. when I do this, the right rear wheel will lock up, and it will take a bit to get it free... any suggestions of where to start? thanks!

Sounds like the brake piston is hanging up in the housing. You could temporarily swap the brake lines on the master cylinders and try pumping the brakes. That would eliminate the master cylinders.

After that, you'll have to pull the axle and inspect.
