I just installed the grill guard on my TC40DA. The horizontal part of the guard is basically steel tubing probably about an inch and a half in diameter. The ends are open which will allow dirt and moisture to accumulate.

I installed a brush guard bumper on a Polaris ATV a few years ago that also used the steel tubing but included some plastic "plugs" that were inserted into the tubing.

Any ideas on where I can get something similar for my NewHolland grill guard?

These are the folks that make them for most all applications. caplugs click here

Once you find the ones that work kindly post your results here as there are probably more than a few folks including myself that I think would be interested.

Metal grommet and hole plugs like used to patch a hole where a antenna went will probably work.. they are spring loaded.. etc.
