Hi just joined up-first time on a thread-have mf 1240 that won't start. fuel shutoff lever on side of fuel injection pump does not move when key is turned on. tractor starts immediately when I manually move the lever to run position after disconnecting from device that is supposed to move it. Any ideas on what I should do next? Thanks
