It does come with the kit. I listed the manual so that maybe others could look at it before buying. JD is really good about having a wealth of online manuals and parts info that you can download and print yourself.
I put mine on this weekend for the first time.
There has been a lot of posts about the new 3005 tractor which replaces the 790. The full manual is already online. I posted the link in another thread. JD probably saves themself tens of thousands of dollars per model by doing that.
