It was a salt truck wasn’t it? That explains the rims being pitted.

Hay Dude, You have done quite an admirable job restoring/building your truck! Lots of hidden expenses that popped up, yet it looks "Great" as is!! I'm amazed at how much you've gotten done - whilst making hay, farm chores, and all the extra odd jobs you have on your plate! You are one workin' man that's for sure! Great job.

I’m stuck. Need help with wheels. I have decided to replace them, but can’t find 9.00 x 22.5 in BLACK.
Anyone have a source? Local tire guy wants to order white and powder coat. Not real thrilled with power coating. Always flakes off.

Anyone got a source for 9x22.5” 5-hole steel wheels black?

I disagree re the powder coat….
When I purchase my rice trailer on 2016 I had multiple people telling me that the powder coat would flake off and that automotive paint was better but almost 8 years later my powder coat has not flaked off at all. It has gone flat in a couple places on the fenders but I can buff it out, but the paint is still very much intact.

My previous trailer was a automotive paint, and it started rusting within a year

Just my two cents worth

We shall see. I will most likely be powder coating new or preferrably used rims in black
