Picked up a second trailer today. Its an 02 gooseneck rated at 12K. Has a 20' deck plus a 4' tail. It has the EZ lube hubs, new tires, chain tray, winch mount (no winch, gotta get another one).
When the weather dries up I plan to add a couple pieces of 1/4" angle on top of the neck to mount the spare. I Have a couple of lights to replace, then pull and inspect the brakes. Finally I'll de-rust and repaint the frame.
The guy I bought it from is going out of business in a few years (retiring) so he's gradually selling off extra stock. He sells and services the 6000lb mini chinese dozers. Also picked up from him 6 teeth to make a toothbar for the tractor. Will take pic's to post of that when I start to build it. Will also get to make a few bucks doing some trailering for the previous owner since this was his only one.
