By the way Greg don't you have tractor yet? I thought you were taking delivery this week? Not slacking on getting pics posted are ya?

John, you are right. It came Thursday evening(actually too dark for pics) and I just put 'er in the garage. Yesterday after work I pretty much was just checking everything out. Pics aren't the greatest, but here she is!:)

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think these are the new arms either, and I asked dealer to make sure they were:mad:

Congrats Greg! Looks awesome sitting there ready to go to work. Did you decide to get a blade?

Those are the old arms. The new ones have the distinct bend in them. You might be ok though since you're using an I-match.

Lookin pretty Nice machine.....

At least you pulled your new machine out of the garage. My neighbor bought a new MF 50-55 hp 4x4 with loader. It's been out of the garage 3 times since he bought it 3-4mo ago... Saids when spring comes he will take it out of the garage and not till then.....

Sharp looking machine! It's a shame they are still shipping them with the old 3PH arms...I though you got a X-Series seat also?

Ken,I did. I looked at the differences between the two seats, but I haven't had the time to start figuring a way to change the mount for the new one yet.
That SE seat is SWEET LOOKIN' too:)

Great looking unit, glc.

I notice your loader bucket has a replaceable cutting edge. Is that the heavy duty bucket, or do the new standard buckets come with replaceable edges?

My 61 inch bucket has a fixed edge.

Have fun and I wish you the best of luck with your new machine!

Good looking tractor, Greg. Time to start attachment shopping!

BTW, best $50 I spent recently was on a pnuematic grease gun...

Hey Greg, do you know what the upcharge was for the heavy-duty bucket? I had the dealer include a 61" bucket on mine but did not ask for the heavy-duty bucket. I tried to look it up on the JD website configurator but had no luck. It's really odd, it doesn't let me pull up pricing at all for the 200CX loader or any of its options.

After seeing your heavy-duty bucket, I think it might be a nice option if it's not too spendy.

Hey John
The upgrade was 350.00 for the HD bucket, and the cutting edge was 130.00. I'm glad I made the switch,it's alot nicer bucket

I think their (JD) website needs a complete overhaul:)

Drool.

One thing I've never understood with tractors like this or my 855. Why, when they ship with a FEL, do they not also include auxilary lights that won't be obstructed by the loader? Bloody near useless after dark and I'm often working in the dark. Both literally and figuratively. :D

Can't they be ordered with extra lights? If not, they can be added without much problem.

As to why...because it costs extra money and for most, not necessary. :)

I added them, attached to the roll bar and triggered via relay to come on with the regular lights.

I should not have had to do it.

How about a pic of your lights? Sounds like a great addition.
