I have 10 acres of flat pasture, 6 acres in hay. My tractor is a 2008 Mahindra 5525 (54 hp engine, 45 hp pto, 2WD, gear tranny, power steering) with the ML250 FEL (6-ft wide bucket, 2950 lb lift to 10.5 ft height). It'll handle the implements you mentioned and then some.

I don't know about the corn harvester (chopping or picking?), but the rest of your tasks could be handled by a vintage 50-60 hp farm tractor, or a new CUT tractor with 4wd and around 35-50 hp.

I have to agree with Will_c, about the sizes. I have around 10 acres that I keep maintained, (not perfectly) with my 5 foot bushhog and 2816 Mahindra. My biggest worry was that I would get a tractor too big to fit in normal places, such as between trees or in my barn. Take a look at the CUTS (compact utility tractors) the options are endless, especially in the 40hp range.

7' rough mowers are that weird inbetween point from 1-2 gearboxes.

6' is 1 gearbox.. and not too heavy.. 7' is usually i gearbox and 1 or 2 tailwheels.. and quite heavy. 8' gets you 2 gear boxes and 2 tailwheels.

In many cases 8' hogs handle better than 7' hogs.. they aren't as long either.. ie.. only a little longer that 4.5' rear of the tractor..

for 10ac.. I'd think something in the 45-50hp range for a 6' mower and easy on a 2 bottom.. perhaps a 3rd depending on soil. Not sure what the corn chopper needs. ford 8xx or 4000 3/4 cyl series would be ideal.. and cheap too.

if you are dead set on a 7' mower.. I'd go ford 4000 3 cyl minimum.. for a lil more.. a 5000 and 10' mower can be had.. etc.
