John Deere 4300 HST
A little background on my me and my machine. Bought my 4300 used with about 1000 hours on it about 5 years ago, it now has about around 1900 hours on it. Gave $7500 for it, and it had a 72" belly mower on it, with R-1 tires. I sold the mower (which I regret now), and bought 72" 3-point finish mower. I mainly mow about 7-8 acres of yard with it, but use a box scraper to move dirt, and keep the driveway up. I would like to add a loader but need some idea of what it is going to take to add it. It only has hydralics on the rear (two ports). I would also like change to R-4 tires. Is there any where besides the JD dealer to buy the things I need? What do i ask for when shopping? Thanks in advance!

E-Bay and Tractor House have lots of used and new equipment....
there SHOULD be some hydraulic fittings under your right foot panel. I looked real hard at a 4300 but it had lived a very hard life. Ended up buying a Kubota L3010 (abou the same size)
BTW, I also have a K5 (1975 soft top)
