i have a bx2230 , on the front plow it has a hydrulic to turn . it is leaking i took off and see where the washer is protruding from arm . my book says there is a repair kit but doesnt say how to take apart . i feel a little stupid here but just cant figure it out. do you need a special tool?

Is it leaking at the hose fitting or the cylinder?

HI,
When you say washer,do you mean o -ring type?Most cylindErs have a wiper that just floats around outside the CYLINDER ON THE ROD.Can you get us a pic?

hi sorry i couldnt get back earlyer . its leaking around the cylinder not the hoses. there is a washer that seams to have been pushed out . like i said i have it off but cant seem to fiqure how it come apart here are a couple of photos hope this helps .
