I mean angled relative to the grading plane. Thus, allowing you to mound/trench. Most such blades angle left/right/all-the-way-round as well as up/down to one side or the other. I don't see how your blade supports up/down grading angle adjustment; it's simply flat. A lot of blades are like this. In such cases the angle can be adjusted by changing the length of the right 3PH arm using the crank handle on it.
