Have owned my PT 425 for 2 years. Very happy with it's performance. I use it for snow plowing and landscaping on my property.

My question is, If I ever need to tow my PT where will I find the tow valve? Pictures in the manual are not helping me. If anyone knows where it is and could send me a pic. It would really help me out.

Your first option is to call Terry at PowerTrac at 1-800-THE-YARD and press the appropriate key for the service department. He'll probably be able to answer your question.

If not, come back here and we'll give you some links that may or may not help

PT changes designs now and then. What works on mine may not apply to yours.

I will venture a guess that Gary needs to move the PT this weekend. I am sure someone will have the answer, or the place to look.

Gary, what year is your machine? What part of the country are in? And, why do you need the tow valve?

One other thing...towing actually means moving it really slowly for as short a distance as necessary (1 mph for 450 ft). After you are done, purge the pump to make sure it is full.

If you have the Sauer-danfoss series 15 pump, look on page 10 for explanation for the tow valve.

Look on page 23. The tow valve is item D and or item 19

I have a one year old PT 425 (Dec 2010). The config might be similar to yours. Here is a thread I started that tracks down the bleeder port and the Towing bypass ports:
