Welcome to TractorByNet, Alex. Your Kubota L4060 is a new tractor. Didn't the dealership or previous owner have the Owners Manual to give you. Go talk to the dealer and see if he will give you one. Otherwise - there are many sites where you can purchase one. I have not encountered a site with free owners manuals.
