Kioti DK45SE
Gentlemen, good afternoon. Purchased used Kioti dk45se with 290 hours. Have some of the same problems others on this site have had; Tachometer works one minute and then not working next day and the temp gauge isn稚 working at all. From all the threads listed on this site, most don稚 come back and say how they fixed it. So if someone could steer me to the right repair manual, l will be out of your hair. I found 1) Emanuelonline.com for $18, 2) Servicemanual.com for $10, and Factory Service Manual on CD for $20. Does anyone use these or what is the best Repair Manual out there?
Thanks, John
P.S. My first 5 acre home and my first tractor.

If you can get ahold of an EX manual, the tractors are almost identical. the EX35, 40, 45, and 50 were all sold in Australia. I was able to find a PDF of the Workshop manual for this tractor floating around the interwebs for free.

I really like my DK45se tractors, they have been workhorses for me. A few minor stumbles, but all parts are readily available, and can be cheaply cross referenced, with bobcat parts too.

Thanks xcgreene. I will try looking for that manual online. Did not know that Bobcat motor was the same.

Welcome to the forum by the way.

As to my previous comment, I suppose to clarify this a bit. Bobcat made an agreement 10 years ago or so, to have daedong supply them with tractors they could put their bobcat stickers on and sell. The Kioti DKse series were one of those tractors that were Kioti, daedong, and bobcat labeled at one point. Daedong, the parent company, made a Daedong EX45, sold mostly on their half of the world, Kioti called it a DK45se, sold here in the US, Canada, and Bobcat called theirs a CT445. Their are 35, 40, 45, and 50hp variants of each. Minor differences, different loaders, but mostly the same tractor over all. I don't think the agreement is still at play, but you'll see them all out there.

What makes this appealing, for me, is that their are parts all over for the dkse tractors. Just have to know all the variants. A number of other tractors fall into this type of situation.
