Greetings all! I've been lerking here for about 3 years now and because there is no snow for me to plow, I have extra time on my hands so I thought I would finally register and drop in to say hello! I'm a retired GM employee that has been an experimental car/truck product mechanic with them for the last 30 years. Also put 10 years of my life into a GM dealership as a heavy repair mechanic. Michigan born and still here. :)

I've owned (and worked the snott out of) my 1952 8N tractor for the last 6 years and finally realised that I needed something newer. I recently purchased a new New Holland w/loader and am loving it. I would enjoy it lots more if we had some snow to move around, but from what I've read, I'm not the only one that is going through withdrawl.

If I can be of any help to anyone with a GM product and/or tractor mechanical related info, feel free to inquire. I can't say I can answer any/all of your questions, but I'll most certainly listen to them. ;)

Regards,
Bill - AKA duroc

Welcome duroc! A fellow Michigander here:thumbsup: Been through AuGres a couple of times, nice little town.

Always good to see a fellow Michigander! Most of my life was spent downstate. I've been here for 6 years now and I'm enjoying the quietness of this little town. Took several years to get used to it, but I finally have. :)

Welcome to TBN. :)

Thanks! I was in your neck-o-the woods a couple years ago on 2 wheels, but the severe storms there sent me to other places. Would still like to make that ride some day.
