A great big thank you to all who responded with advice on my purchase of the 2004 Branson 4220 from the local Branson dealer. I posted my first thread on this site after trying out the tractor last Friday. I spent all weekend researching the Branson brand and waiting for your responses. I returned to the dealership today (Monday). With the salesman's blessing I spent about one and a half hours with the mechanic, who patiently and thoroughly explained every detail about the tractor including the clutch repair. After the time with the mechanic I was sold. Only time will tell if I made a wise decision. TractorByNet is a valuable resource. Thanks again to all fellow tractor owners.
