Bought a new Kubota l3800 last fall and traded in a bobcat s205. Tried down sizing and it seems like it has worked well so far. I use the bota for finish mowing, loader work, pesticide spraying, planting,taking care of 3 horses and anything else that might happen on my 50 acres. I recently spent 20 hours on a Mahindra 4025 spraying my uncles pasture. Wow what a difference between the l3800 and the 4025. Both tractors are gear drive with similar hours (about 100). Granted the 4025 is more geared towards farming and the l3800 is small estate type. Anyways thanks for all the info that I gathered here. It really helped me get the right tractor for my place
