New lx reverse issue

Have a new lx4020 and having a strange hydro pedal issue. When trying to reverse there’s a metal piece that looks like it raises up into the operator platform that snags (misaligned?). If I push it over it works fine but seems to snag regularly making reverse not work.

Related the pedal also sticks in forward and reverse. It’s very new so thinking it’s a build or assembly issue. It hasn’t been anywhere that it could have picked up debris or been dinged yet.

Anyone have any ideas? Or even just pics of what it should look like are helpful. There doesn’t appear to be a zerk to lube it (rops model)

Have you talked to your dealer about this?? If it's new, it's under a warranty.

Unfortunately looking like a manufacturing or assembly issue. Back to the dealer, losing a week on a job site because of it. Not impressed, second bad experience with a new kubota in 2 years maybe it’s time to try something new…..

Maybe time for a new dealer? A good one would catch stuff like that.
