New Loader

Bit the bullet and had a LA 211 loader put on the 1800 the other day. Managed to get about 2 hours of fun with it loading grass clippings in the 16 foot trailer (nearly filled it!)Wednesday, cut grass yesterday with hopes of sweeping the clippings today. But alas, the monsoon started up again today, so I have wet windrows in the yard, and a trailer full of wet grass to hand unload at the dump later.

Anyway, Kubota has made a few changes to the loader. The joystick tower now has a locking handle, a plastic covering on the top and sides, and dust boot at the base of the joystick.
Also, the graphics have changed from white with black outline to a brushed steel grey with black outline.

That sounds like a really good addition. Mine doesn't have that and the linkage attracts dirt (and holds it) like crazy. On the other hand, it always reminds me to lube that fitting /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif...
