New L5240

Well finially got my new L5240 home safely and got 4 hours of seat time bush hoging. Almost too tired tonight to report but had a ball. I thought I would post a few pictures. It kept raining so I kept having to stop and start. I am using a new Woods Brush Bull 720. Since I only had about 5 hours on the tractor with no load I was not wanting to run at on speed so varied the speed. I tried the 540 pto speed which was around 2600 rpm. I found that 1800 rpm cut just fine with out loading the engine.
The down side is that by the time you can buy the toys you gotta work so hard to pay for them that no time to play.

That is nice!!!

Its ashame about the rain putting a dent in your first day....but we needed it badly here in SC.
