New L47: configuration questions

   / New L47: configuration questions #21
I own a L48 TLB.
I do a lot of the same work as you, and have the same needs.
Rubber pads, only if you work where you need to protect the ground surface concrete or asphalt, otherwise not needed.
If I was to buy a new machine, I would have remotes (out front) and put on and a factory switch added to the fel. It would be easy to finance up front, then add a grapple to your list. A box blade is a very handy tool. I like bush hog brand, I find them very heavy duty, land pride is ok, just not my first choice, same goes for a rotary cutter. that machine will pull a 6 ft. cutter no problem. Forks are nice too especially loading logs if you don't get the grapple. but the grapple would be safer, because you can hold on to them vs then rolling off the forks. As for hoe buckets a 10in and a 24in will do most any job quickly. Mine is a quick connect bucket, I am not sure if that is standard or not.

Great place to be buying a new machine enjoy it.
