What K0ua said about the throttle being tight, not normal or necessary. Mine is now a breeze to move, and it never 'vibrates' out of set point. It used to take hitting it with my fist to get it to move.
Parking brake, my method push brake left foot, engage brake lever with right foot toes. If properly engaged movement with brake engaged is less likely and one will know to release before travel.
Shifting is dependent on position of gearbox at time of shift. Lube of linkage will not change gear position in trans. Tapping pedal will move the gears to allow engagement. Lubing of linkage with Fluidfilm will keep the linkage moving smoothly through it's travel, however.
Get a short hose with two male QD's made up to place in the active remote ports when your hoe is not hooked up to prevent accidental hydro pump deadheading and burnout if the engagement lever is left engaged or bumped into position without an attachment connected to the circuit.
Tighten ALL bolts, nuts on your loader, wheel lug nuts/bolts, etc. now and check your loader support bolts now and periodically. They can be loose and definitely need to be made and kept tight.
Take the time to grease every zerk on all your equipment, and replace any non-functional ones with OEM from Kioti- you will NOT find extras anywhere you look, they're not metric or SAE, they are some obscure zerk from Unobtaniumville.
