Looking for a cab for tractor where do I start other than the canvas one the dealer has?

That is an excellent choice!

In my opinion it's the best gas mower you can buy. The gas X7xx series is to heavy and big for a gas engine.

Right now I am looking at a X540 or a X748, I know if I don't get the X748, the only machine I will buy is the X540.

People will tell you the liquid cooling isn't worth it, and for the engine, it isn't really a big difference, but stepping into the X540 is the only way you get tilt steering and front and rear weight brackets as standard.

You have a awesome machine that will last many years.

About the cab - I saw some on eBay. Bercomac also makes one that might fit your model.
