The 1712 is hydraulic. The N uses two. I used the old stand by NAPA 1334. But a 1344 or 1348 will fit. Post a picture when you get it ready to go.

Looks like you are correct... I emailed Baldwin, received the following reply.... oh well, better to be stuck with a filter than damage the Hydraulics... Thanks....

You can see one hyd. filter just above the step. The other is under the fender/ seat. That appears to be the same size as the N239 I had. It is a nice tractor. The push button 4x4 is handy.

I have a TA262 and have found a used bushhog loader (2246 QT) I can't afford the new mounts. Where can I find some? Also, how do I tap into the hydraulics?
