Is this showing that the house water pressure is around 170 psi???? That seems really high - especially considering that the water line is over 1300 ft from the tap....

Unless you have a well, you could be in an unregulated zone as I once was in Los Gatos, CA if you're on a utility service. It's not all that uncommon. I had to install a pressure regulator at the water feed to the house. You want to set it for something around 50 PSI to your house plumbing but I like 60. They cost something like 50 bucks.

I find it bizarre that the put the cabinets in and the trim up before the walls and trim were painted. That just seems backwards. I know on ours, the walls were painted before the cabinets and trim. Of course, we had stained trim and not painted, but still, the guys that built our house normally spray the painted trim before they put it up.
