well I did it,anyway I was changing rear tail light blub and my screw driver touch the hot and ground,I saw a little spark and now nothing,no dasd lights,won't turn over.I check the fuses on the firewall with a meter all ck out ok.I don't know how to ck the fuses under the cover by the key but I know there are two of them .how do you check them.or sure I be looking somewhere else?

I don't know your model but there's been lots of threads about NH fuses. The search tool is a little cumbersome but usable.

If you have nothing at all, then I would check the 30 amp fuse located above the starter on the left side of the engine block. Open the hood, snap off the left side cover and there is an encased blade type fuse inline above the starter. Again, this is a 30 amp fuse and most owners have replaced it with a 30 amp auto reset fuse available from your auto parts store. This fuse tends to blow when you try to start with the lights on, hazards on or a combination of these. I would also check to be sure the right fuse (a 15 amp) is in the #5 (bottom) slot on the firewall box. Post your New Holland question on the NH owning/operating page for a quicker response.
