New Holland T5.95 Water in Fuel

Hi there,
Mate borrowed the tractor and put fuel and water in to the tank. Drove it home and park it up for the month and doesn’t not start.
So I drained the tank, changed the fuel filter, clean out the fuel lines. Change the fuel pump and the injection pump and the injectors.
Still won’t work….?
Need help…

The system will NOT work without bleeding the air out first.

Bleeding the fuel… won’t start…
Someone told me that the injectors must be programmed in to ECU…
Is this true…?
