New Holland (Boomer 37) - will not start

I don’t think it’s made to “hold” without the engine running..
I take it from your test, u only turned the key “on”.??

If it does the same thing with the engine starting ..
I believe there’s a relay that the power switch’s thru..
Or it could be a safety switch/sensor that’s telling the solenoid to shut’r down.??
No codes.?
