Buying Advice New Holland 545d

Hey guys I'm going to look at a 1997 new Holland 545d this weekend and I am wondering if there is anything specific I should be looking for. It has 1700 hours or so and looks to be in good shape for the year..it is 4wd and has a cab with heat. Are these machines basically the old Ford's rebranded and what differences are there if any? Also what should the price on one of these machines be.

Make sure the front axle has sufficient oil in the hubs and center section. The center section likes to leak from the rear trunnions seal. They are a rebadged Ford.
