Does that engine also appear in the world of marine engines? There could be some 'pulls' rusting away in boatyards.

I still would be in the camp to part out this one and buy another running tractor. It should be cheaper unless you can find the same size yanmar engine for less than $1000 otherwise it seems like it would cost more than it would be worth to mess with it.
