new guy with brake problems

I own two peices of kubota equipment bx25 and rtv 1100 that get used everyday for something on the 8.5 acres that we live on wood /gardens /snowremoval/etc and helping neighbors and still have some questions .
One is does anyone have problems with the rtv1100 brake systems sticking
We have to raise the bed and hit the levers with a hammer to release them every time we tuoch the pedal or parking lever

Welcome to TBN!!!..I have an 1100 as well and never experienced this issue...Are the "levers" rusted?....Do you expose it to creekbeds etc?

We need some situational info/pictures of the offending part...
