Thanks everyone, what implements would I be limited to, I think the PTO ha 25 HP, can that run a post hole auger, I need to put a new barn up as the old one colapsed

As Murph noted, you can run just about any implement, you just need to choose the right size. For post hole auger there isn't a size issue so much as a speed of drilling difference but I cannot imagine 25hp will give you any trouble at all. You will need to pay attention to the size of boxblade (for your driveway) or bush hog. You could probably run either five or six foot implements. Make sure the boxblade is wide enough to cover your rear wheel track. If you have bush hogging of brush to do then choose a 5ft hog, if you are just cleaning up pastures then a six footer would do fine. You probably want "standard" duty implements with a 30-35hp tractor as getting "medium" duty is probably overkill and heavy duty is ridiculous and expensive. You might want to start looking in craigslist for used implements. Post hole diggers (PHD) are fairly common and are usually a good deal as they typically get used for a couple of projects then sit in a barn or field for years before being sold. A box blade is easy to assess as there are no moving parts. The bush hog ideally should be demonstrated by the owner but if it looks in really good condition I wouldn't worry too much. Check the gearbox oil, make sure the blades spin (slowly) when you turn the PTO shaft by hand with a bar, make sure there are not cracks or broken welds or anything but just surface rust. A few dents is par for the course, you care more about the blades and gearbox. Woods, Landpride, BushHog and Rhino are excellent mower brands. There are a number of smaller companies or slightly down scale mowers that can be good if the price is right. King Kutter, Kodiak fit in that category. If you find something you are thinking of going to see, post here and ask opinions.
