"Best" depends on your definitions. If you're looking for somewhat local, Wayne's Tractors in Black Canyon City has been in this market longer than we have. I'm sure they can tire your tractor. (623) 374-5340

I will not go to wayne's, can't say one thing good about them.
I'm just looking for a fair price to replace my leaking/cracking tires.

What size are they? There are several tire dealers on ebay. You can search for them in the stores section. E-mail several with your tire size and see what they come up with.

I got new tires for my 1500D a few years ago from the Firestone distributor in Phoenix.
